13 Ebooks for Teens...
and the reasons for getting an ereader. The first set of books are from Barnes and Noble for the Nook, which happens to be the ereader I have. If you don't have a Nook, you can download their free app to your iPad, iPhone, Android, PC, or Mac, and read their books that way. You can store an entire series on your nook, instead of filling an entire bookshelf with one series (the Morganville Vampires has 11 books in the series so far).
1) The Morganvill Vampires by Rachel Caine
(they have all 3 books- which you can buy separately or bundled together in one file-but according to bn.com it is actually cheaper to buy them individually-
the total for the three separate is 19.53
the total for the three separate is 19.53
the price for the trilogy is 26.99)
4) The Blue Bloods Series by Melissa de la Cruz
5) The Inheritance Cycle Series by Christopher Paolini
(this is actually a good deal- the 3 pack is only 24.99 on bn.com but
buying them individually would be 32.97 )
6)If you have a Chesapeake Public Library library card, you can check out ebooks and audiobooks free of charge through Overdrive. This is a good way to check out new to you authors, such as L.A. Meyer and her Bloody Jack series.
7) or Playing Hurt by Holly Schindler
8) The audiobooks include Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
9) and The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan
10) The Kindle from Amazon is another good source for ebooks, and also has free apps you can use on the iPad, the iPhone, Android, Mac, and PCs. The Maze Runner Trilogy by James Dashner
11) or Wicked by Addison Moore 12) Or Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
13) But here is another case of paying attention to what you buy.
The Twilight Set is 36.99
The 4 books bought separately is 33.96.
